i-Series Errors
When a printer error occurs, the POWER/ERROR lamp flashes. The number of AMBER flashes between each GREEN flash is the diagnostic for the error. You will see one GREEN flash, then a number of AMBER flashes, then one GREEN flash, then the AMBER flashes... etc. Count the number of AMBER flashes.

| 2 | Printer is Out of Paper | Add Paper, then press RESUME/CANCEL |
| 3 | Paper jam | Clear the jam then press RESUME/CANCEL |
| 6 | Printhead Not Installed | Install the Printhead |
| 7 | Defective Printhead | Replace with New Printhead |
| 8 | Waste Ink Almost Full | Press RESUME/CANCEL to clear error so printing can continue |
| 9 | Ink Tank Not Installed | Ensure that both ink tanks are installed & firmly seated |
| 10 | Low Battery Level |
Turn printer OFF, connect universal AC adapter or insert charged battery |
| 11 | Attached Camera Problem | Disconnect camera cable, press RESUME/CANCEL, then reconnect cable |
